Nothing formal. Know your numbers roughly: close rate, deal size, pipeline volume. That's enough.
How does pricing work?
Scoping engagement is a fixed $1,500. It covers a review of your pipeline, close rates, and process, plus a written plan of what to fix. If you want ongoing work after that, monthly retainers start at $1,000.
Do I need a website or Maintenance & Visibility first?
Not necessarily. If your current setup is solid, I can focus on sales. If there are gaps, I'll tell you.
